Capable to develop new Valve products in all size rangesDesign the valves as per API 6D, ASME, ISO, BS & EN standards.Prepare Design package & Supporting for Quality documentation for Audits API 6D, API Q1, ISO 9001 & customer audits.Preparing commercial drawings for the customer approval.Good knowledge of design fundamentalsExposure and knowledge of design calculations and analysis methodsKnowledge of 3D modelling and drafting techniques.To develop parts and assemblies in 3D models of DesignTo develop drafting of 3D Models like casting, proof, semifinish, finish etc as requiredKnowledge Solid modeling CAD programs and other modeling software.Ability to create part models and assembly models and generate part drawings for release for procurement and manufacturingSupport sales & marketing literature, technical documentation like IoMs, brochures, TDS etc.
