About This RoleCo-ordinating with Interior consultant on Interior concept for lobbies and club house.Review of Interiors Working drawings - detail co-ordination with consultants- MEP and structure maintaining the design intent.Evaluating BOQ with reference to the budget and reverting with suggested solutions for interior works.Market research for new interior materials and tiles.Co-ordinating with Architect for sample flat finishes drawings.Site Visits and Audits on Interiors from a detailing and design quality execution perspective.Addressing Customization requests along with project architect.Detail drawing issuance to site - Interior as and when required on priority. ResponsibilitiesCandidate with an experience of around 5-6 years.Must have an experience towards the residential projects.Candidate must have worked on Interior Design concept preparation, Material Board preparation & 3d visualization(Rendering) is must. (3ds Max/Sketch up & V-ray Rendering)Should have a good knowledge & exposure towards finishing material selection & upcoming Interiors trends.Should have a decent exposure to Interiors designing, design co-ordination & Site execution as well.Basic Knowledge of BIM & Revit Software would be an added advantage.

1.Ensure that the Inspection department approves fittings, ducts, water pipes, and other accessories before the installation begins.2.Deliver all tools required for the fitting including power tools, hand tools, scaffolding, and ladder on time and in the exact numbers as mentioned in the list.3.Prepare, apply, and get approval for the HVAC shop drawings, work method statement, MEP-coordination drawing, and project specification from the head engineer.4.Coordinate installation schedule with team members and other departments working on the project.5.Monitor site activities and make sure all rules and regulations are followed. Making reports on daily progress made at work and ensuring it reaches the superiors.6.Ensure safe construction of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning maintenance according to rules and regulations set by the safety policy manual by the company. They will have to ensure the protection and safety equipment is 100 percent tried and tested for safe use.7.Arrange labor and other professionals including pipe fitter, duct fitter and assistant duct fitter. They also act as a supervisor for the installation and maintenance project.8.Additional responsibilities include having to arrange for the safety gear and equipment they need to do their work.9.Documentation of the Conduct Testing inspection process for a variety of tasks including the light test for ducts, underground chilled water piping system, and hydro test.10.Attend weekly and monthly meetings held by the project manager and QC supervisor to talk about the project updates and completion.11.Assist the commission team during the testing, balancing, and adjusting phases of air and hydronic fitting.

1.Spread top soil, lay sod, plant flowers, grass, shrubs and trees and perform other duties to assist with the construction of a landscape and related structures2.Cut grass, rake, aerate, dethatch, fertilize and water lawns, weed gardens, prune shrubs and trees and perform other maintenance duties as directed by supervisor3.Maintain lawns and grass along roadsides5.Operate and maintain power mowers, tractors, chain saws, electric clippers, sod cutters, pruning saws, snowblowers and other landscape maintenance equipment6.Spray and dust trees, shrubs, lawns and gardens, as directed, to control insects and disease7.Perform other manual duties to clean and maintain landscaped environments.

1.Obtain the drawings of the project, assess the material and man-power requirement accurately and hand over the material/ manpower requirement to the purchase department to enable procurement, after obtaining approval.2.Assist in preparation of accurate project programs, clearly indicate the timeframes and activities involved in the project and monitor progress against the project plan taking corrective action where required through effective coordination with the client, various types of subcontractors, etc.3.Supervise the site regularly, keep the client updated on the progress of the project and attend to all technical and engineering problems, additional man-power requirements, drawing changes, etc. in an effective and timely manner thereby achieving project requirements and quality standards.4.Track project milestones and deliverables, check & deliver progress reports, complete requirements of documentation at defined frequency, analyze reports/ results and troubleshoot problem areas, after obtaining approval, if need be.5.Maintain accurate record keeping of delays and changes that have occurred and assist the PQS to prepare claims for variations and time extension.6.Supervise and ensure adherence to QA/QC and HSE policies to ensure quality and guarantee safe & healthy work place.7.Hand over as-built drawings, manuals, keys, etc. on project completion and assist in ensuring and receiving the completion certificate from the client. Organize the site demobilization on project completion and prepare applicable reports.8.Receive snag lists from consultants, arrange sub-contractors for various works, and monitor all jobs for timely completion, including timely attendance during defect liability period.9.Guide and motivate subordinates to enhance performance and produce quality work.
