Prepare Engineering Designs and Calculations for Grading, Roadways, Drainage, WaterDistribution Systems, Wastewater Collection and Treatment Systems, Electrical Systems, PumpingSystems, HVAC Systems, and Fire Detection and Suppression Systems in compliance to all localand international codes and guidelines. Prepare Tender & Construction Drawings along with Engineering Design Plans. Validate design issues and suggest alternative solutions to aid in corrective works for all CivilEngineering issues. Execute periodic site assessments to monitor quality and compliance for Engineering works beingexecuted. Provide oversight for the installation and commissioning of MEP works. Provide Engineering inputs to aid in Value Engineering. Preparation of Engineering Technical Specifications for all Civil and MEP Projects. Prepare, Scopes, Design Criteria, Employers Requirements and Terms of Reference for projectsbeing executed by ACI. Prepare a submit reports, committee notes, tender evaluation reports, monthly reports and all other required correspondence. Execute Tender Evaluations and prepare Tender Evaluation Reports.
