We are looking for an Accounting Manager to supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day activities. Accounting manager responsibilities include establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting information. We are also looking for someone to work closely with our financial management team.ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:month and end-year processaccounts payable/receivablecash receiptsgeneral ledgerpayroll and utilitiestreasury, budgetingcash forecastingrevenue and expenditure variance analysiscapital assets reconciliationstrust account statement reconciliations,check runsfixed asset activitydebt activityMonitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statementsEstablish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principlesCoordinate and complete annual auditsProvide recommendationsImprove systems and procedures and initiate corrective actionsAssign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracyMeet financial accounting objectivesEstablish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactionsRequirementsProven working experience as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor or Finance ManagerAdvanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software, and databasesAbility to manipulate large amounts of dataProven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulationsHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to direct and superviseBS degree in Accounting or Finance

Listing & uploading of catalogues & product (old and new) on e-commerce portals/market places ( Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal etc.) & processing orders, Consignments etc.Create & maintain website/market place content and ensure all content is up to date and ensure all pages, products & prices on the site are correct, updated and in line with trading policy.Monitor day to day sales, catalogue, promotions, returns, etc.Monitor all dispatches for orders placed through marketplaces.Editing product portfolio and ensuring the correct display of information whenever required.Strategizing for increasing online sales of all products.Help in planning of advertising budget for online market places.Managing advertisement/publicity on various social media like Instagram etc.

Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy. Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash and cash equivalents in accordance with policies and procedures. Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information.Classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records, using journals, ledgers, and/or computers. Prepare, maintain, audit, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables.Complete period-end closing procedures and reports as specified. Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements according to company procedures. Follow-up and resolve past due accounts and vendor invoices until payment in full is received or resolved.Coordinate tasks and work with other departments; serve as a departmental role model or mentor; assign and ensure work tasks are completed on time and that they meet appropriate quality standards.
