We are seeking an enthusiastic Architectural Assistant to join our team in Jaipur. This role is ideal for individuals with 2 to 5 years of experience and a diploma in architecture or a related field.Key Responsibilities:- **Support Design Development**: Assist in creating design concepts and drawings for various architectural projects, ensuring they meet client needs and project requirements.- **Prepare Technical Drawings**: Produce detailed architectural drawings using CAD software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards.- **Conduct Site Visits**: Participate in site visits to gather information and assess project progress, helping to identify any potential issues.- **Collaborate with Team Members**: Work closely with architects, engineers, and other team members to share ideas and contribute to project cohesion.- **Research Building Codes and Regulations**: Stay updated on local building codes, zoning laws, and regulations to ensure compliance in all designs.Required Skills and Expectations:The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in architectural design and drafting software, such as AutoCAD or Revit. Good knowledge of materials and construction methods is essential. Effective communication and teamwork abilities are crucial, as you will regularly collaborate with colleagues and clients.
