The Customer Support Specialist is the engine of any industry. Utilizing a high energy approach, maintain and further develop quality relationships with existing or new customers and carriers. The CSS will clearly identify current customer needs for our service and how they can benefit from partnering with us on every shipment. Schedule or reschedule pickup and delivery appointments. Providing excellent customer service is essential in this position. Customer Service and industry experience preferred but not required.Responsibilities: Will be able to handle all the customers queries. Trace and trace for on time pickups and deliveries and update. Set pick-up and delivery appointments with Shipping lines, NVOCC Agents, Co-Loaders and Air lines Proactively provide tracking updates to customers and sales team. Conduct customer interactions via email and phone contact. Identify and communicate ways the company can continuously improve in its operations. Prioritize tracking and appointment setting based on time constraints and customer priority.Experience: Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service experience preferred but not required. Experience in the logistics industry a plus. Working knowledge of the company operations preferred. Ability to work well under stress and communicate professionally. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience working in a deadline driven environment. Ability to work in stressful situations. Ability to multitask required. Attention to detail.

This role is responsible for directing sales efforts to expand our client's customer base. This role will be responsible for generating new business and ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded across all lines of business. This individual should be motivated customer sales personnel with experience and an entrepreneurial spirit. Responsibilities: Grow revenue and relationships with existing customer base. Generate leads through cold calling, networking and referrals. Utilize inside sales knowledge. Quote formal and spot bids. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction- maintain close contact with all customers including follow up on concerns or other issues. Communicate effectively with customers, shippers, and receivers regarding changes in pick-up/delivery and potential service failures. Communicate customer problems to management. Exceed all standards for prospecting calls, presentations, proposals and closes. Provide documented activity reports of your sales efforts on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Execute and monitor strategic and tactical goals to maximize sales, profit and to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded. Track/trace shipments when requested. Support carrier reps with the coordination of transportation freight in a cost-effective manner.Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelors degree in business, logistics, or related field 3-5 years sales experience with a proven track record of success Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and high level of integrity Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
