Evaluate the clients profile and provide suitable career and migration options. To provide consultation on the Educational Programmes and Educational Visas. To provide satisfactory service to the client. To Keep the updates of the rules for the visa processing. To perform the web based research activities in order to know the rules of migration and requirement as per the case specific. Ensure the clients profile suitability as per the embassy requirements. To assist the client with the entire visa processing and the job search. To provide the placement options to the client. Counsel the client on the career options available for him/her. To meet the targets assigned as per the SLA. To prepare the sales report of the team and conduct weekly sales meeting. To report to the management regarding the teams performance on the weekly and monthly basis. To train the new recruits of the organization and ensure the complete product training is done. To supervise the team in the absence of the subordinates.
