Job Title: AR Caller (Accounts Receivable Caller)Job Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated AR Caller to join our medical billing team. The AR Caller will be responsible for managing accounts receivable by contacting insurance companies and payers to follow up on unpaid claims, resolve denials, and ensure timely payments.Responsibilities: Contact insurance companies and patients to follow up on unpaid or denied claims. Resolve discrepancies and denials related to insurance claims. Update billing and AR systems with status and follow-up notes. Communicate effectively with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients. Adhere to industry regulations and company policies. Generate regular AR reports and assist in AR analysis. Support team goals by ensuring maximum collections and reduced AR days.Qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred. Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in AR calling or medical billing. Strong knowledge of healthcare insurance claims processing and revenue cycle management. Proficiency with medical billing software and MS Office. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and ability to multitask.Skills: Medical Billing and Accounts Receivable Management. Insurance Claims Follow-up and Resolution. Customer Service and Communication.
