1.The System Administrator (IT) is responsible for managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, ensuring network security, and supporting the technological needs of Bansal Aradhya Steel Pvt Ltd. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing data security, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems in the Plant. RESPONSIBILITY 1.IT Infrastructure Management:Install, configure, and maintain servers, computers, and network systems.Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of IT services.Manage IT assets, software licenses, and upgrades.2. Network & Security Management:Ensure network security, firewall management, and data protection.Implement cybersecurity measures to prevent unauthorized access and data breaches.Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.3. Technical Support & Troubleshooting:Provide technical support to employees for IT-related issues.Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.Ensure minimal downtime and quick resolution of system failures.4. Data Backup & Disaster Recovery:Implement and manage data backup solutions.Develop and maintain a disaster recovery plan for IT systems.Ensure data integrity and secure storage of company information.5. Software & ERP Management:Maintain and support enterprise software and ERP systems.Coordinate with vendors for IT solutions and system improvements.Train employees on IT policies and new software applications.6.Other DutiesAny other assignment given by the HOD. AUTHORITY 1.Approve and implement IT policies and security measures.2.Manage and authorize user access controls.3.Recommend and procure IT hardware and software solutions.4.Enforce cybersecurity best practices within the organization. ACCOUNTABILITY 1.Ensure the smooth operation and security of IT systems.2.Maintain compliance with IT security policies and industry standards.3.Minimize system down

Skills: Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, ERP, and other accounting software commonly used in India. Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, GST laws, TDS provisions, and other financial regulations. Ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights. Ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and compliance Supervising junior accountants and coordinating with cross-functional teamsJob Responsibilities: 1) Prepare and review financial statements including profit & loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.2) Ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end financial closing activities.3) Maintain and reconcile the general ledger.4) Assist in the internal and statutory audit.5) Perform monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, vendor accounts, and other general ledger accounts.6) Ensure accurate entries for all transactions, and maintain a systematic record of financial data.7) Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.8) Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.9) Assist in income tax and corporate tax assessments, as per Indian tax laws10) Handle tax audits and ensure compliance with tax regulations11) Oversee the accounts payable and receivable process12) Monitor the timely payment to vendors and collections from customers13) Carry out any additional assignments given from time to time.
