Experience: Minimum 23 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in HDPE, PVC pipes, fittings, or related building material industry.Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred).Language Skills: Must be well-versed in Hindi and English (spoken and written).Skills:Strong negotiation and communication skills.Excellent market understanding and client handling ability.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.Availability: Must be willing to travel extensively across assigned regions.Residence Preference: Candidates residing in or familiar with the listed areas will be given preference.Responsibilities:Develop and manage a network of distributors, dealers, and retailers in the assigned territory.Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective planning and execution.Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.Coordinate with the head office for pricing, supply, and logistics support.
