We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team in Darbhanga. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products in the field. This role requires strong communication skills and a desire to meet and exceed sales targets.Key responsibilities include:1. **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and presenting suitable products to drive sales.2. **Sales Presentations**: Conduct on-site presentations and demonstrations to showcase products effectively and highlight their benefits to clients.3. **Market Research**: Gather market intelligence and report on competitive activities to identify sales opportunities and improve strategies.4. **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports to track performance against targets.5. **Collaborate with Team**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and promotions.The ideal candidate should have at least 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a field role. A minimum educational qualification of 12th grade is required. Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude are essential. The candidate must be comfortable working independently and have the ability to adapt to different customer environments. A genuine interest in sales and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced work environment are crucial for success in this role.Minimum Salary: 6000per month based on sales Extra income also provided like commission, Incentive on sales.

Day to Day Sale and others posting on ERP. Daily Follow up to existing clients, Searching new lead and Prospects. and convert it into Business. Handling Offline Team.

Candidates Have the ability to set Sales Channel in local Darbhanga District. Or Other Location Like Samastipur, Sitamarhi, Madhubani, Patna.
