As a Branch Relationship Manager based in the Delhi NCR area, you will play a vital role in managing client relationships and driving business growth for our branch. This position requires a proactive and dynamic individual with a strong understanding of banking services and customer needs.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Client Relationship Management:** Engage with clients to build and maintain strong relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.- **Sales and Revenue Generation:** Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling banking products, contributing to the branch's revenue goals.- **Customer Service Excellence:** Provide high-quality service to clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and effectively.- **Performance Tracking:** Monitor key performance indicators and report on progress to ensure targets are met and maintained.- **Collaboration with Teams:** Work closely with various departments to ensure clients receive comprehensive support and seamless service.- **Market Analysis:** Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should have a minimum of 1 to 7 years of experience in a relationship management role, preferably within the banking or financial services sector. An MBA or PGDM degree is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for establishing rapport with clients. The ideal candidate should be target-oriented, with an aptitude for sales and customer service. Sales Officer (Home Loans) Purpose: Will be responsible for meeting targets, identify new sources from assigned geography, and maintain good relationship with sources, achieving efficiency of assigned geography and sources there by achieving the desired productivity expected by the company.
