Designation: Service EngineerExperience: 1 to 3 yearsEducation: Biomedical, ElectricalNotice period: 15 days to Immediate To assembled equipment and to ensure proper installation. Tune and troubleshoot equipment for proper operation. Interact with marketing staff during field projects. Clearly and professionally interact with customer, regarding status of equipment Able to determine tools and equipment required to perform scope of job. Perform routine maintenance on equipment, and assist in establishing preventative maintenanceschedules with customer. Assemble, align, and install equipment as necessary. Provide on-site installation, validation and commissioning of instruments Perform hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs Provide high level technical support to external customers at their location Provide on-site training to the customers Interface with cross functional work teams such as field applications,Customer support/services, product management, manufacturing and marketing/sales Develop Service technical documentation Create and maintain service information in the company enterprise database Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service visits, triagewith field applications scientists as appropriate Timely complete and submit all required paperwork Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions Misc. other duties commensurate with the capabilities of a Field Service Engineer Service Business from Territory Service documentation, Demand Generation, PMS maintaining, Customer Support, Customer RelationDevelopment, Demonstration, Installations, Parts & Repairing, Tools Availability of Team CMC & Consumable Target, Payment, Training, Service & Consumable sales Data Reporting by Mail &Excel to AEPL & OEM.

Supporting role in the below-mentioned criteria.1. Studying Tender Document 2. Preparing Documents, Uploading and Drafting documents in various Govt tenders 3. Compile and read Commercial Proposals that contain commercial and Technical content and ensure that these are presented in a professional manner 4. Facilitate the qualification of bids at the appropriate process stages using standardized tools and techniques5. Produce and maintain all bid records in accordance with company processes to ensure the bid is auditable6. Studying BOQ and Single Line Diagram 7. Prepare a bill of Materials as per the Client's requirement 8. Studying Technical Specification as per Tender Scope 9. Taking Quotation/ Authorization details from different Manufacturers 10. Prepared Drawing as per Tender Requirement
