Match candidates with suitable job opportunities. Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand requirements. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Maintain accurate candidate and job information in the applicant tracking system. Provide regular updates and feedback to candidates and clients.

Commitment to work in USA Central time hours preferably (9am -5pm IST) Mon thru Fri. 3. Good communication skills and able to understand American accent. 4. Computer skills like working on ms excel, ms word, Gmail, LinkedIn etc., 5. Can work remotely with their own device (not provided by company)Compensation and benefits:Base pay (INR 15-20k)+ bonus (INR 5000 per Candidate upon job offer). Note Staffing Training is provided first 15 days without pay. Payment provided after one month of start date.
