You will be responsible for troubleshooting problems, replacing faulty components, and ensuring all equipment functions correctly. Installing new hardware and configuring it to meet user needs is also crucial. You will keep inventory records of hardware and maintain updated documentation for repairs and installations. Additionally, collaborating with other team members to improve technical processes and support users is essential.The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of computer systems and components. Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware problems and experience with different types of computer equipment, such as desktops, laptops, and printers, is important. Basic knowledge of operating systems and networking concepts will be beneficial. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary to ensure effective resolutions.
