We are expanding into the Australia market and looking for a confident Sales Executive who can communicate fluently in English and close international clients.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads from the Australia marketContact potential clients via LinkedIn, email, and callsPresent our software development services to businessesUnderstand client requirements and coordinate with the technical teamPrepare proposals and close dealsMaintain CRM and sales pipelineRequirementsFluent spoken and written English (mandatory)Experience in international sales or IT services sales preferredAbility to communicate with Australia-based clients during their business hoursStrong negotiation and client-handling skillsKnowledge of software services (websites, apps, SaaS, automation) is a plusCompensation Structure (Performance-Based)Annual Sales Target: 4,00,000Base Salary: 3,00,000 per year (paid only if target is achieved)If you exceed the target:You will receive 10% commission on the extra amount above 4,00,000If the target is not achieved:No fixed salary will be paidYou will receive 15% commission on the total revenue you generated
