You must have experience in bookkeeping to be eligible. Recording and categorizing financial transactions accurately and timely.Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.Assisting with financial audits and providing necessary documentation.Maintaining confidentiality of financial information and following security protocols.Recording and categorizing financial transactions accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with US tax regulations.Reconciling bank statements and ensuring the accuracy of financial data by US accounting standards.Generating financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, with a strong understanding of US financial reporting requirements.Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes while adhering to US tax and regulatory guidelines.QUALIFICATIONS:Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.A high degree of confidentiality and trustworthiness.Minimum 3 years working experience with QuickbooksMinimum 3 years experience in bookkeepingHOW TO APPLY: Email your resume with character reference and cover letter to: support@goapexallies.comPlease indicate Your Next Bookkeeper as your subject line.
