Roles and Responsibilities*Answering Phones and Explaining the Product and Services offered by the company.*Obtaining Customer Information and other relevant data.*Asking Questions to the Customer and Understanding their specifications.*Resolving Queries and Issues related to the products and services.*Maintaining the Database of the Customers on a Regular Basis.*Suggesting Solutions based on Customers Needs and Requirements.

*The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting the Telesales, with experience in making Outbound Calls, Lead Generation and Appointment scheduling.*Should have Excellent Communication skills be able to work in a fast-paced environment, andhave a Customer-Centric Mindset.*Individual will be responsible for making Outbound Calls to Potential Customers, explaining ourProducts and Services and Generating Leads for our Sales Team. *We are looking for someone who is motivated, persuasive and has a positive attitude.*Should be fluent in English communication.*Should have 2+ years of experience in Telle calling.

*The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wedding Planning.*They should have excellent communication skills and be able to manage multiple tasks at once.*This individual will be responsible for planning and executing weddings, as well as selling our wedding planning services or Artist to potential clients.*Remuneration: As per industry standards

*Maintain executives agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc. *Attend meetings and keep minutes *Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate *Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) *Make travel arrangements for executives *Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure*Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible*Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned

*Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.*Researching prospects and generating leads.*Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.*Handling customer questions, Inquiries, and Complaints.*Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.*Managing the sales process through specific software programs.*Building and maintaining a CRM database.*Meeting daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.*Participating in Sales Team Meetings.
