Responsibilities:Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedbackCreating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mock-upsTranslating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfacesDesigning UI elements such as input controls, navigational components, and informational componentsCreating original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)Collaborating effectively with the product, engineering, and management teamsIncorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experienceShould be able to communicate well and think in a solution-oriented manner.Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologiesRequirements:A bachelor's degree and 1+ year experience as a UI/UX Designer as well as a strong portfolio of related projectsProficient in Adobe Creative Suite specifically Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.A team player but can work independently too.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritizetasks.
