Responsible for setting of site , resources , stock , funds before commencement of the project workPlan for executing site activities to ensure that they meet pre defined project budgets and timeframeEnsuring resources (materials / resource / funds) clearance at site for seamless executionMonitoring City incharge's Team Performance / Sub Con Team Performance in achieving set installation targets .Report the progress of the Project to Management and senior officials on a weekly, monthly , quarterly basis.Resolve issues with client related to installation work.Responsible for maintaining harmony and safety at site and timely address all of manpower , site , work related issues.Liaison with Assam Electricity Board officials and other client personnel for seamless site execution work.Responsible for monitoring performance of on roll teams and subcon. teams and taking calls related to renewal or discontinuation of such teams.Facilitate in timely realization of partial and final payments for ongoing work.Ensure safety and Quality standards at project site are maintained as per desired standards.

Taking care of guest house, cooking foods, cleaning of desktop & other items, maintain files in office etc.
