The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the agency, and overseeing a team of gas delivery and customer service professionals.Responsibilities:Manage and oversee the operations of the gas agency in Chinchwad PuneEnsure that all safety protocols and standards are adhered to by the delivery team and customersManage inventory levels and ensure adequate supply of gas cylinders at all timesSupervise the gas delivery and customer service teamManage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution of issuesPrepare and submit reports on a regular basis to the company managementMaintaining records and verification of all consumer transactionsEnsure compliance with company policies and regulationsRequirements:2-3 years of experience in a similar managerial role, preferably in the gas distribution industryStrong leadership and managerial skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyKnowledge of safety protocols and regulations in the gas distribution industryAbility and fluency to use Microsoft Office (Excel and Google sheets)Fluency in Hindi and Marathi is required, and knowledge of English will be an added advantage.We offer a competitive salary package to the right candidate.
