We are seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain Consultant to lead the redesign of the global supply chain network for aNumak & Companys client. This role is critical to optimize the supply chain process, enhance efficiency, and support the companys global operational strategy. The consultant will work closely with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities: Global Supply Chain Redesign: Lead the strategic redesign of the clients global supply chain network to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and agility. Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements within the supply chain, leveraging data and analytics to drive decisions. Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand current processes, assess needs, and recommend improvements in supply chain management. Technology Integration: Evaluate and implement advanced technologies (e.g., digital twins, AI, IoT) to enhance the supply chains performance and scalability. Risk Management: Develop strategies to minimize supply chain disruptions, including contingency planning for logistics, transportation, and sourcing. Sustainability Initiatives: Collaborate on initiatives to align the supply chain with sustainability goals, focusing on energy efficiency, waste reduction, and sustainable sourcing. KPIs & Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the redesigned supply chain, including lead times, inventory turnover, and cost reduction.Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in supply chain management, with significant expertise in global supply chain design and optimization. Education: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A Masters degree or MBA is preferred.Contract Details: Duration: 6 months with potential for extension based on project requirements.
