The primary job responsibility will include -1) Creating and managing new leads for sales of products and services.2) Conducting customer and market research3) Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, and production managers, to market products and services4) Direct the training, and performance evaluations of marketing and sales staff and oversee their daily activities.5) Dealing directly with the public to sell or advertise company s' products and services.Responsibilities and Duties1) Representing the organization to customers, the public, government, and other external sources. This information can be exchanged in person, in writing, or by telephone or e-mail.2) Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with existing and new clients and maintaining them over time.3) Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.4) Convincing clients to buy products/services or to otherwise change their minds or actions.5) Keeping up-to-date technically and applying new knowledge to your job.6) Developing, designing, or creating new strategies, ideas, relationships, systems, or products, including artistic contributions.7) Getting members of a group to work together to accomplish tasks.8) Encouraging and building mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.9) Providing guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.10) Establishing long-range objectives and specifying the strategies and actions to achieve them.
