Should be well versed with Specification process, Proposals, Negotiations, and sales closure.Must possess excellent relations with Consultants , Architects, Contractors, Developers & Interior Designers in the given territory .Building a pipeline of project opportunities and ensuring the successful conversion of specified projects into sales .Knowledge of standards specifications, application procedures, market Intelligence ,strong background in project management & customer relations.Experience in Sales, Channel Sales, Project Sales.Exposure in Tiles Industry, Marble industry, Ceramics.Good communication, sound personality.Handle team, Sales Target achievement.
