Job descriptionWe are looking for a Designer to design website, newsletters, banners for our US and Europe customers. The designer will be responsible for creating interactive programs that enhance a customer's experience with a brand and facilitate an enjoyable experience on the business's website. The designer also needs to have a working understanding of fonts, colors, designs, elements to enhance the brand's strength through the interface of a product.ResponsibilitiesCreate stunning designs with appealing storyboards.Create attractive weekly mailers for existing customers.Design the aesthetics to be implemented within a website or product, from the layout menus and drop-down options to colors and fonts.Build storyboards to conceptualize designs and convey project plans to management.Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).Create surveys for research through various social media platforms to gather feedback on user's ease of use.Proficient with visual design programs such as Adobe, Photoshop, Coral draw.Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing interfaces.Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize data for the best possible outcome.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple milestones and projects efficiently.Professional written and interpersonal skills.Continued education and research into UI trends and current design strategy and technology.Experience with coding and ability to troubleshoot using HTML, CSS will be preferred.

Job Description for Customer Care Executive for Golden Chemist: 01. B.SC Pharma & M.SC Pharma Preferred. Primary Pharmacy phone coverage answering calls and handling to resolution. Answer assertion benefit questions from callers on both group and individual pharmacy products. 02. Providing client service and timely responses to customers via phone, online chat, and email.03. Guide and educate customers on their prescription benefits, use of plan, formulary, premiums and status of orders and claims or inquiries.04. Make outbound calls to customers on prescription orders and payment issues.05. Performs related duties: a. Reviews, updates and become familiar with new and revised benefit information, drug information or claim processing procedures.b. Be familiar with drug names and recognize new drugs as they are released and added to the ODS drug list.c. Resolve and record complaints, coverage determinations, appeals, and inquiries.d. Provide timely follow up and return calls when these are required.e. Answer calls within service level time.06. Ability to meet all CMS (Centre of Medicare & Medicaid Services) guidelines/deadlines as it pertains to Pharmacy benefits management.07.
