We at Antal International, Aligarh are looking for a sincere, honest, and hardworking individual to join our team as an Associate Consultant/Consultant.What Youll Be Doing: End-to-end recruitment for the Healthcare, Medical Devices, Biotechnology, Diagnostics & Hospitals sectors. Source, develop, and manage candidate relationships within these industries. Qualify candidate suitability for current and future roles through best practices. New client acquisitions and business development to expand our reach. Build and maintain strong professional networks through calling, networking, and lead generation. Engage in social media and marketing campaigns to attract top talent. Utilize in-house CRM tools to manage data and pipelines. Work under pressure and meet business goals.What Were Looking For: A passionate and results-driven individual with a strong interest in recruitment. Someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys taking on challenges. Strong ability to acquire new clients and build long-term business relationships. A sincere, hardworking, and honest approach to work. Graduate in any discipline; Masters Degree/MBA in Business or a related field is preferred.
