Onsite Service maintenance and New installation of Vehicle Tracking Unit.Travelling to the destination for training to engineers & customers regarding software and hardware for Vehicle Tracking System.Travelling to the destination(In any city in INDIA) for Installation and Maintenance of Vehicle Tracking Unit.Maintaining and reporting of spare stock & tools and report to Team Leader.Daily report to Team Leader / Manager.

Telemarketing calls to potential clients from self generated database.Perform script (with necessary adjustment ) to ensure consistency of sales target.Answer potential clients questions about any queries.Generate sales leads per day accordingly target.Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates schedules.Maintain computer, telephone & other equipment.Communicate any problems, questions and concern to manager and sales staff.Refer customer complaints to manager for any our products.Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customer at all times.
