Key Responsibilities: WordPress Development: Develop and maintain WordPress-based websites, ensuringhigh performance, security, and scalability. This includes theme and plugin development,customizations, and integration of third-party tools and services. Front-End Development: Implement responsive designs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript,and other front-end technologies. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimizewebsites for mobile devices. Theme Customization: Customize pre-existing WordPress themes or create customthemes from scratch to match client requirements and design specifications. This mayinvolve modifying CSS styles, creating custom page templates, and implementingadvanced functionality. Plugin Development: Develop custom WordPress plugins to extend the functionality ofwebsites. This may involve integrating APIs, creating custom widgets, and enhancingthe overall user experience. Website Maintenance: Perform regular updates, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasksfor existing WordPress websites. Ensure compatibility with the latest WordPress version,monitor website performance, and address any issues or bugs that arise.Required Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in WordPress development, including theme and plugindevelopment/customization. Strong understanding of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, and MySQL. Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles. Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap. Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and development workflows. Understanding of web performance optimization techniques. Familiarity with SEO best practices and accessibility standards. Ability to troubleshoot and debug technical issues. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
