Animation International is looking for a Licensing Manager to join our team. We are looking for a motivated account manager to help grow our licensing and merchandise business in India & SAARC. You will be responsible for driving licensing revenue and growing market share for our brands across multiple categories.You will help execute business development opportunities and own key partner relationships across licensees, retailers, and licensors.The ideal candidate will have a background in consumer products and entertainment licensing across multiple categories. This person will work closely with and collaborate with the Consumer Products product development team and cross-functional groups, including marketing, finance, and home entertainment. The Licensing Manager will also work with licensors and licensees to align on creative design and product development and work with retail partners to execute programs.Bachelor's degree + 5 years related experience, or MBA with 1-2 years of related experience. Strategic and analytical thinker the ability to think of the licensing business holistically and through the financial, marketing, creative, retail and fan lens. Own P&L and revenue targets for assigned brandsMaintain and update revenue forecastsDirect licensees on royalty statements, budgeting, and projectionsCollaborate with licensees, licensors, and product development team to release products that are on-brand and meet consumer and retail demands
