**Company:** Amity University Location:** Visakhapatnam**Responsibilities:**1. **Counseling and Guidance:**- Provide counseling to prospective students and parents about academic programs and admission processes.- Assist individuals in understanding and navigating the admission requirements.2. **Lead Conversion:**- Convert leads into successful admissions by effectively communicating the benefits of Amity University.- Follow up with potential students to facilitate the application process.3. **School and College Outreach:**- Visit schools and colleges in Visakhapatnam to build relationships and promote Amity University.- Conduct presentations to highlight the university's offerings.4. **Seminar Participation:**- Participate in seminars to represent Amity University and address queries from attendees.- Collaborate with marketing teams for successful seminar organization.5. **Application Management:**- Oversee the admission application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness.- Work with administrative staff to streamline and enhance the application experience.6. **Reporting:**- Maintain records of counseling sessions and admissions progress.- Provide regular reports on counseling activities to the immediate supervisor.7. **Event Coordination:**- Assist in organizing and coordinating admission-related events and activities.**Requirements:**- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field.- Previous experience in admission counseling is preferred.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Empathy and understanding in assisting students through the admission process.- Ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
