This role is perfect for individuals with 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, specifically in the automobile industry. The primary responsibilities include engaging with customers to understand their needs and offering suitable vehicle options. You will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations, highlighting key features and specifications, and addressing any customer inquiries to facilitate the sales process. Additionally, you will maintain customer relationships for repeat business and referrals, ensuring a positive buying experience. You will also collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly targets and participate in promotional events to enhance visibility.Candidates must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients and provide excellent service. A solid understanding of automobile features, pricing, and financing options is essential to assist customers in making informed decisions. You should be self-motivated and results-oriented, with a good track record of achieving sales targets. A diploma is required for this role, and candidates must be male due to specific operational requirements. As this is an office-based position, the ability to work from the office is essential. Successful candidates will demonstrate a passion for automobiles and a genuine desire to help customers find the right vehicle to suit their needs.

Taking/Handling Inbound Customer calls, Outbound calls, Emails2. Listening to and understanding the customers requirements3. Provide product / service details & benefits to Customers4. Providing end to end solutions to the customer 5. Asking the correct questions probing and prompting the customer wherever required6. Timely and accurate capturing all the information given by the customer 7. Timely follow up with as per Escalation matrix till closure8. Staying current with knowledge of products/ processes & services 9. Ensure full adherence to all the quality parameters and SOP10. Cooperate with other Team members, SMEs and Team Leaders.11. Ensure 100% adherence to schedule12. Escalating the call to the team leader / manager, wherever desirable13. Handling irate / demanding customers where necessary, in a tactical manner
