About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. This is a field-based role where you will be responsible for promoting our products/services, building relationships with clients, and driving business growth through direct marketing and on-ground activities.Key Responsibilities:Conduct field visits to meet prospective and existing clients/customers.Promote and demonstrate company products/services effectively.Generate leads and follow up to convert into sales or business opportunities.Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.Collect market intelligence and competitor insights to support marketing strategies.Maintain records of daily visits, leads, and feedback.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/marketing targets.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field / 12th passProven experience in field marketing/sales (preferred).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Must be comfortable with extensive fieldwork and travel.Valid driving license (preferred).What We Offer:Competitive salary + performance incentives.Travel and communication allowances.
