We are looking for a motivated and dynamic HR Fresher to join our team. As an HR Fresher, you will assist in various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee record management, and onboarding. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who is eager to begin their career in Human Resources and gain hands-on experience in HR operations.Key Responsibilities:Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.Help manage employee records and ensure they are updated and accurate.Support the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and necessary documentation.Assist in organizing HR events, meetings, and other company-related activities.Maintain employee confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.Provide support to the HR team in implementing HR policies and procedures.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks effectively.A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
