1. Machine operation to be handled with Vertical turning lathe & Horizontal machining centers2. CNC programming in Vertical turning lathes & Horizontal machining centers3. Tooling awareness in VTL & HMC process4. Handling of measuring instruments & gauges5. Production planning activity6. Setting change process to be handled7. Basis supervisory skills8. Safety measures to be followed9. QMS requirements to be followed10. Awareness on basic machine MaintenaceKey Deliverables :1. Production output to be ensured as per target2. Quality PPM to be maintained as per target - Internal & External3. Continuous improvement process to be in place periodically4. 100% safety adherence
