Job Description:Job title: Inside sales executive Experience: 1 to 2yrs experience in inside sales / customer service Skills: very good written & verbal communication.Good in telecommunication and customer handling.Qualification: Any graduate/ qualification in relevant domain: BSC Chemistry; BSC/ MSC Microbiology /zoology will be preferableRoles & responsibilities:To understand the company product & its application in the industry.To do the cold calling to the client databaseTo understand the client requirement and accordingly peach the product / send the product information to the client through email.On the basis of the interest shown by the client, the case needs to be forwarded to the sales team member for further closure.To log the calling data in the CRMTo track the cases in the CRM till closure on monthly basis.Job type: Work from office / Location: Baner Pune
