1. Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.2. You will be required to solve the questions of the client in regard to the product or services we provide.3. You have to collect the data from clients and be required to maintain a healthy relationship with the clients.4. You are required to understand the customers requirements and demands and close the sales deal efficiently.5. You are also required to write down important information provided by the customer and follow up with them on a regular basis.6. Suggesting solutions based on customers needs and requirements.7. Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.Requirements-1. Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skills2. Should have convincing skills and negotiation skills3.
