Medical Representative Generic Division (Domestic Market)Location: Ahmedabad, IndiaDepartment: Business Development / Sales GenericsReports To: Area Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager GenericsJob Summary:We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Medical Representative to promote and sell our generic pharmaceutical products in the domestic market. The role involves meeting doctors, retailers, wholesalers, and stockists to drive sales, increase product awareness, and grow market share in the assigned territory.Key Responsibilities: Promote the companys generic product portfolio to doctors, chemists, and stockists. Generate prescriptions and ensure availability of products at retail and wholesale counters. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and trade partners. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as per company guidelines. Organize and conduct doctor meetings, product detailing, and chemist surveys. Collect and report market intelligence including competitor activities, pricing, and product feedback. Ensure timely order booking, delivery follow-up, and payment collections. Maintain accurate records of daily field activity and submit reports to the reporting manager. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated with product knowledge and company policies.Desired Candidate Profile: Education: B.Sc. / B.Pharm / D.Pharm / Any Graduate with flair for pharmaceutical sales Experience: 2 - 4 years in pharma sales; freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome Good understanding of generic pharma market, trade dynamics, and distribution channels Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territoryKey Skills:Generics, Pharma Sales, Business Development, Tendering, Market Research, Client Acquisition, Regulatory Coordination, Product Launches, Commercial Negotiation

This job requires you to work night shift (USA shift)Digital Campaign Management:Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email marketing).Create and optimize ad campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to meet campaign objectives.Content Creation and Optimization:Develop engaging and relevant content for digital channels, including website, blog, social media, and email.Optimize content for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to improve organic visibility and rankings.Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce multimedia content (graphics, videos, infographics, etc.).Social Media Management:Manage and maintain our social media profiles, including regular posting, engagement with followers, and responding to comments and messages.Develop and execute social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences.Email Marketing:Create and send email campaigns, newsletters, and automated drip campaigns.Segment email lists and personalize content to improve open and click-through rates.Monitor and report on email campaign performance.CommunicationsDevelop communications material to promote products and services to customers and prospects. Plan advertising campaigns, develop e-mail and fax marketing programs, create promotional content for the company website, create product publications, such as product leaflets, company brochures, product data sheets or customer newsletters. Design the promotional materials. Responsible for social media including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and all other forms of social media. Manage company website including making sure website functions properly, content is complete and accurate and up to date.Packaging DevelopmentComplete life cycle of Packaging Design; concepts, draft versions user manuals, final versions. Works with Internal graphic and HTML designers.
