Job description :Experience in Microsoft service and have already worked in selling the Microsoft ERP and CRM solution and related services is an added advantageExcellent writing and communication skills.Generate quality leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.Do cold calling, email campaigns, and social media campaigns.Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet their requirements around the Microsoft solutions.Conduct upselling and cross-selling activities to existing customers.Working knowledge of CRM system like Sales force , Microsoft CRM or Hub spot.Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors products to effectively position our offerings.Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective customers, clearly communicating the value proposition of our products or services.Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and identify potential leads and partnership opportunities.Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and potential areas for business expansion.Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
