Installation and Breakdown calls.Candidate should have knowledge about PMS..Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures.Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment.

Roles and Responsibilities1. Good understanding of SQL Server Architecture, Memory handling.2. Strong knowledge and hands on expertise in below areas:SQL server stored procedures(a) Functions(b) Triggers(c) SQL jobs(d) Performance tuning(e) Writing and reviewing T-SQL code.3. Day-to-Day Production DB support and maintenance of MS SQL server.4. Perform Database system optimization and improvement and query optimization.5. Plan and maintain Database Archiving6. Assisting Application team in detecting performance problems.7. Basic understanding of database development cycle8. Backup and recovery from Backup.9. Knowledge of database index management, statistics update.10. Should be hands-on in writing SQL queriesDesired Candidate ProfileGood to have Hands on experience on Database Mirroring, Log Shipping, Replication and Always-on in all SQL versions
