Conducting Plant scale Trials, o Co Coordinating with Sales Team, Marketing Team & Dealers for finalizing Plant Scale trials of Alfanzyme Products.o Once Product Trials are fixed, then co coordinating with Plant officials for trial dates & guest house accommodation before reaching the plant.o In case trial has been fixed by Dealer, then asking the Dealer to fix trial dates & Guest house accommodation.o Dispatch of material & ensuring material reaches plant before going for the trialsPlant Data Collection Through Call/Visit,As per format collection of Plant detail Data (Including every details of fermentation along with molasses details parameters) as per protocol.Factory Visit (Calendar wise),Every targeted factory should be visited twice in a monthCalling (Cold , Warm, Hot calls)Calling every dept. of factory for relationship building and follow ups and data collection of the factoryConducting Trials & Analysis ,o Conducting successful trials in the factory for all products.o Ensuring that plant Material Balance / Mass Balance is in order & plant is running smoothly.o All products lab analysisTroubleshooting, Tender and Enquiry, Report preparation and Reporting.
