Understand route map of each project with operation head.Daily check and update CRM, BIS portal and clients Mails.Take required support from operation head.Assist operation head for preparation and submission of applications, reply of mails.Keep record of all important dates ( like expiry date of report etc.) in the dairy.Coordination with clients, testing lab, vendors and engineers.Identification of clients need and engineer visit, outstanding field and time-management abilities.Reporting of daily activity , number and types of daily problems, number of projects completed etc.Take all approvals in written form and prepare records for future reference.

1. Handle CRS, WPC, Trademark, and ERP Projects.2. Coordinate with clients and lab.3. Documentation for testing and online application. 4. Testing of products.5. Update CRM on daily basis for all running projects.6. Time to time query replies of clients related to projects.7. Time to time query reply to different departments BIS, WPC, BWE, and ERP.8. Coordinate with trademark vendor to submit the application and ask for status.9. Sending PI & quotation of existing clients (CRS, WPC, BWE, and ERP) as per requirements and project assigned to operation department. 10. Lab payment initiate for projects.11. Handle testing part of FMCS department.12. Payment update from finance team (expenses received).13. Daily update clients via email and what's app group for their project status.14. Lead Creation.

1. Works under the direction of a marketing director or manager to help reach the company's marketing goals and objectives2. Research market trends, demographics, pricing strategies, and other relevant information that helps managers and directors develop marketing plans3. Analyses surveys, polls, and other market research to look for patterns and trends4. Creates graphs, reports, and detailed data analysis using computer software5. Delivers reports on research findings through written documents and verbal presentations6. Assists in creating promotional materials, including brochures, blogs, marketing copy, etc.7. Provides fact-checking, copy-editing, and formatting assistance during the creation of mailers, coupons, website content, and other promotional materials8. Helps maintain social media accounts for brands, products, or services9. Enters marketing data into spreadsheets and helps to create data and financial reports for marketing managers and directors10. Helps maintain excellent client relationships through superior customer service skills11. Places calls to or visits clients as needed to provide marketing materials, deliver sales pitches, or answer client questions12. Organises and plans the production of all major marketing materials by working closely with printers, sponsors, and other involved parties13. Helps to plan promotional events hosted by the company's marketing department14. Keeps client information confidential
