Job Summary:The Medical Representative (MR) is responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals. The role involves creating brand awareness, achieving sales targets, and developing strong customer relationships in the assigned territory.Key Responsibilities:Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Conduct regular visits to healthcare professionals and institutions.Organize and attend medical conferences and promotional events.Provide product information, answer queries, and handle objections professionally.Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback to the management.Maintain daily reports of sales calls, visits, and outcomes.Ensure timely payment collection and product delivery follow-ups.Build and maintain positive business relationships with clients.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, or related field (B.Sc / B.Pharm preferred).Freshers can apply; prior sales experience in pharma is an advantage.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient.Good knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.Valid two-wheeler license and willingness to travel extensively.Reporting To: Area Sales Manager / Regional Manager
