Job Title: Swimming CoachJob Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Swimming Coach to lead and develop swimmers of various skill levels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs, improving technique, ensuring safety, and fostering a positive and motivating environment.Key Responsibilities:Plan, organize, and conduct swimming practices for individuals or teams.Provide instruction on swimming techniques, stroke development, and water safety.Monitor and assess swimmers progress, providing constructive feedback.Prepare athletes for competitions and support them during events.Ensure adherence to safety protocols and emergency procedures.Maintain records of attendance, progress, and performance.Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and management.Maintain cleanliness and readiness of training equipment and pool facilities.Qualifications:Proven experience as a swimming coach or instructor.Certified in CPR, First Aid, and lifeguard training (if applicable).Knowledge of competitive swimming rules and techniques.Excellent communication, leadership, and motivational skills.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.Preferred:Bachelors degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or related field.USA Swimming or equivalent national coaching certification.
