This position is open to both freshers and experienced candidates. As a Robotic Welding Operator, you will be responsible for operating robotic welding machines and equipment to produce high-quality welded components. The role requires a strong understanding of welding processes, attention to detail, and the ability to meet production deadlines.Key Responsibilities:Operate Robotic Welding Machines: Set up and operate robotic welding equipment to perform welding tasks according to technical drawings and specifications.Set Up Welding Parameters: Adjust and set parameters on welding robots to ensure optimal performance and precision.Inspect Welded Components: Perform visual and manual inspections of welded components to ensure accuracy and quality.Routine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of welding equipment to ensure smooth operation.Safety Compliance: Follow all workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including production supervisors and fabricators, to achieve production goals and meet deadlines.Process Improvement: Suggest improvements to enhance the welding process and increase overall efficiency and quality.Qualifications:ITI or Diploma in a relevant field.Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.Strong knowledge of welding techniques and robotic welding equipment.Ability to interpret technical drawings and welding specifications.Good attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
