Our vision is to be part of a society where every child has the access to quality education irrespective of his or her background and develop their full potential.We currently run 120 centres in various slums in Hyderabad.The segment incharge is a managerial role with 5 to 6 reportees ( Cluster Coordinators). This role requires commute within Hyderabad to various slums everyday.Roles and Responsibilities Manage 30 centres in slums where children are taught Analyse attendance data to understand which centres are not performing well Analyse student learning outcomes based on test results and identify centres where intervention is required Ensure that all the cluster coordinators in your team are following the due systems and processes set by the leadership team Work with the academic coordinator and academic head to ensure that academic delivery is of highest standards Have dinner at least 4 times in a week in students home to ensure that AVF culture is established in the centres Timely reports to leadership team about Centre Performance Visit centers everyday Plug loopholes in the system Conflict ManagementQualifications and Skill Sets Bachelors Degree with 1 year work experience in any field Excellent written and spoken English skills Fluency in speaking in Telugu MS Office knowledge is a must especially MS Word and MS Excel Mon to Saturday 11 am to 8 pm timings Once a month weekend working for running camps for tutors Interpersonal Skills must be goodTravelling Job within Hyderabad

We currently run 120 centres in various slums in Hyderabad.Roles and Responsibilities1. Reports to the Academic Head of Akshaya Vidya Foundation2. Ensure timely delivery of text books, class materials to all the centres3. Coordinate Printing of Textbooks and Class Materials4. Design tests for the centres to measure learning outcomes along with Academic Head5. Regularly visit centres in slums to test learning outcomes and conduct classroom observations6. Design classroom observation formats along with academic head7. Work closely with the operations team to ensure academic delivery is of the highest standard8. Work Timings 11 am to 8 pm9. Monday to Saturday10. Once a month Saturday and Sunday ( Overnight ) Compulsory Working for conducting training camps for 100 plus tutors.11. Design Training Materials according to the guidance given by Academic Head12. Mentor Tutors and establish a working relationship with them13. Perform any other task as deemed fit by the organization as the organizational needs evolveQualifications1. B Ed or M Ed with at least 2 years of teaching experience or experience in academic operations2. Proficient in MS office3. Excellent written and spoken English skills4. Must be fluent in Telugu5. Must be willing to travel in Hyderabad from slum to slum everyday6. Having a bike or scooty is a must

This role is an individual contributor role.Roles and Responsibilities Developing and executing fundraising strategies Fostering ongoing relationships with donors Providing updates or checking in with regular or recurring supporters Planning and hosting fundraising events Increase no of donors according to the targets set by the leadership team Plan donor visits to centre Ensure branding is visible in all centres Coordinate printing and delivery of branding materials to centresQualifications and Skill Sets Bachelors Degree with at least 3 years of fund raising experience in a mid sized NGO Work experience in social sector is a must Excellent written and oral communication in English and Telugu Excellent Interpersonal Skills Knowledge of MS Office is a must
