As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services. You must have excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a customer-centric approach. A minimum of 1-2 years of telesales experience and a 12th pass education level is required for this role. The successful candidate should be target-driven, have a positive attitude, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
