Manage the furniture production and installation line, ensuring that all orders are executed according to Clients requirement.Prepare detailed installation program of works for all projects and ensure timelines are strictly adhered to. Carry out site inspection to determine site readiness and ensure correct dimensions are taken and recorded Attend site meetings and act as point of contact for all clients Installation projects pre and during execution. Lead and motivate teams, optimize processes to achieve the defined production, cost, and quality objectives Work with the Commercial team on all projects to meet Clients requirements Schedule pre-installation meetings and post-installation walkthrough with the installers, and project managers Plan and supervise product delivery and installation, including performance of work Conduct quality inspection of work done on site by the installation team, identify and resolve snags within the specified timelines as per policy.
