We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Nurse to support our NGOs healthcare programs. Roles and Responsibilities: Complete knowledge of Indian accounting, Foundation / Firm finance. Statutory knowledge and Knowledge in IT. Finance MIS - Monitoring. Being part of Board of Directors in financial decision making. Establish strategies that will earn profits, oversee accounting operations, produce accurate reports on where money is going within the business and improve or change current practices to increase efficiency. Analysing and reporting on financial performance. Preparing forecasts and comprehensive budgets Assessing, managing, and minimizing risk. Analyzing complex financial data. Managing internal controls Managing banking relationships, cash management and other treasury related activities. Ensuring compliance with financial processes, systems and policiesFinance Director Basic Requirements: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. Proficiency in accounting software. Financial management experience. Strong aptitude for math. Good communication skills. Computer literacy. Strong analytical skills. Broad knowledge of accounting principles. Responsible for the achieving the given goals and targets and increasing the collection by maximizing the sales through the team members. Should manage the crowd if required. Should make plans for special occasion and implement th
