Job Title: Field Sales ExecutiveCompany: MD Natural FoodsLocation: PatnaJob Overview:We are hiring a Field Sales Executive to promote and sell MD Natural Foods products (Salt & Spices) by visiting Kirana stores, supermarkets, and HoReCa outlets such as hotels, restaurants, and cafes. The role requires a target-driven and energetic individual who can build strong relationships with retailers and generate consistent sales.Key Responsibilities:Visit retail shops and HoReCa clients daily to generate orders. Promote MD products and onboard new retailers and distributors. Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business. Achieve monthly sales targets, coordinate deliveries, and ensure proper product display in stores. Collect market feedback and submit daily reports to the Sales Manager.Requirements:Minimum 10th/12th pass (graduate preferred) with FMCG sales experience. Good communication and convincing skills are essential.
