Advise and guide students on overseas study options, helping them select appropriate courses, universities, and destinations based on their academic background and career goals. Should have knowledge about study abroad admissions/country specific expertise for overseas admissions (add on). Manage the application process for students, including assisting with documentation, application forms, and submission deadlines. Provide guidance on visa applications, immigration regulations, and travel arrangements. Help students explore scholarship and funding opportunities for studying abroad. Conduct individual and group counselling sessions, addressing students concerns and helping them make informed decisions about their educational future. Resolving queries and issues related to admission study abroad product portfolio. Provide post-arrival support to students, ensuring smooth transitions and addressing any issues they may face during their study abroad experience. Good communication skills and prior experience working as a counsellor. Maintain weekly/monthly reports and process related matrices showing progress on student conversions/target achievement
